Before You Buy Another Floor Scrubber, Run Through This Checklist

  2. What's the average response time for a service call?
  3. Is a rental or pre-owned machine available if yours is down?

An uncomfortable operator will delay routine maintenance, ignore the squeaks, and eventually skip steps in the daily checklist. The most expensive machine in the world is one nobody wants to run.
